return & refund policy

Eligibility for Return/Refund

  1. You shall have no rights to request for a refund from us or our third-party service providers for any in-app purchases, save and except for the following scenarios wherein you shall only be entitled to a partial refund: – –
    • The Application is facing technical/in-app issues preventing the use of fundamental features or the making of any purchases; and/or
    • Any event hosted/marketed/promoted by us via our Application has been cancelled or frustrated due to circumstances not within the control of the organizers, relevant third-party service providers and us.

Refund/Return Process

  1. To request for a refund, please contact our support team at Info@mydbs.asia within seven (7) days from the date of occurrence of any one of the above scenarios and include all the following information: –
    • Order number/ID;
    • Date and time of purchase;
    • Reason for the request of return/refund;
    • Relevant details or screenshots as proof relating to the issue encountered or any other information as may be required by the support team; and/or
    • Any other relevant information as may be required by us.
  2. Your request for refund will be reviewed and assessed upon our receipt of your request and you shall thereafter be notified of the refund decision.
  3. If your request meets our refund eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within seven (7) days from the date of notification that your refund request has been approved.
  4. For products and services offered by third-party service providers/suppliers, we will only refund you upon the approval of the relevant parties and only up to the amount of refund in accordance with the refund/return policies or terms as may be prescribed by the relevant third-party service provider and subject to our deduction of all costs incurred by us.

Non-refundable Goods/Items/Purchases

  1. We reserve the right at all times to deny any request for refund made in the following scenarios:
    • Requests for refund made after the stipulated refund period;
    • Third-party services which policies thereof do not include refunds;
    • Failure to provide sufficient or satisfactory evidence or information for the refund process; and/or
    • Where our terms of service or usage are not followed for any in-app purchase.
