shipping/fulfulment policy

  1. This policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the delivery and fulfilment of goods and services from us and/or the third-party suppliers/providers to you. Your usage of our Application shall be deemed as your acknowledgment and agreement to the terms of this policy.

Shipment Availability

  1. We, along with our third-party service suppliers/providers, hereby agree to ship your ordered goods or products to the delivery address specified in your purchase order and shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that your goods, products or services are delivered in a timely manner in accordance with the shipment/fulfilment policies or terms and conditions as may be prescribed by such third-party service provider.
    However, you hereby acknowledge that factors beyond our control or the third-party suppliers’/partner’s control may affect the shipment or delivery times.

Processing Of Orders

  1. We will at our best endeavors process it within three (3) business days upon placement of your order(s). Please note that order processing times may be affected during peak seasons or special promotional offers.

Tracking And Communication

  1. Upon placement of your order(s), the tracking information will be displayed to enable you to monitor the shipment’s progress.
  2. Both parties shall maintain an open and timely communication in respect of any shipment or related issues thereto.

Charges

  1. Shipping charges will be applied to all orders made via our Application unless otherwise notified by us during special promotions or offers.
  2. Free shipping may be offered only for specific period or certain orders that meets a specific minimum order quantity or value or during promotional periods as may be determined by us or our third-party service providers/suppliers.
  3. Certain orders may require you to pay an additional fee on top of the standard delivery/shipment charges.
  4. For international shipments, you will be responsible for any and all international charges, custom duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country.

Accuracy Of Particular Address

  1. You shall be responsible in providing an accurate and complete address for the purpose of any shipment. There shall be no liability on our part for any delays or additional charges due to any incorrect or incomplete provision of addresses.

Non-Delivery/Lost Shipment

  1. In the event the goods or products fail to reach you due to reasons within the third-party service provider’s/supplier’s control, such supplier will at its liberty either reship the order or issue a refund as may be mutually agreed upon subject to any deductions for costs.

Changes/Cancellations Of Orders

  1. You are not allowed to change or modify your delivery address upon payment or confirmation of your in-app purchase.
  2. Your right to modify or cancel your purchase order shall be subject to our sole discretion. You may be required to provide your reasoning and proof in doing so and upon our approval of modification/cancellation, any monies or funds paid to us or our third-party service provider/supplier shall be automatically refunded to you in the amount granted in our sole discretion.
